Speciality of Unagl (grilled eel)

Located in La rue Saint Honoré, the restaurant is the offshoot of the Japanese company NODAIWA which was founded in Tokyo. The branch restaurant opened in Paris in 1996. This is a perfect place to discover the traditional Japanese kitchen. Here we can eat the Unagl (the grilled eel) with rice and sauce, the Dashimaki (cold Japanese omelette), soup miso and saké, etc. The decoration and service are very Japanese. It's a wonderful place for family and Japanese food lovers.

The specialty of the restaurant is grilled eel. Eel is a kind of sea fish full of nutrition and very tasty. The process of cooking is complicated. Only experienced can make delicious grilled eel. Once the grilled eel was finished, it would be placed on a hot bed of rice with sauce. We eat with a special spice call "Sanshô"

Other:We have other tasting menus which are more expensive the the three main menus. And some little dishes of Japanese snap.
