Little story of the birth of L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon in Paris
The idea of Joël Robuchon was to allow customers to see the food preparation and to select their menu according to their desires of the moment, the card offering small portions of typical dishes. That's how was born L'Atelier, whose kitchen, that opens onto a counter surrounded by 40 seats, was designed by Pierre-Yves Rochon.
Since its opening in 2003, thanks to his team and his chief Axel Manes, L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon offers an exceptional cuisine throughout the seasons in a warm and refined atmosphere in black and red.
L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon in Paris has become a key location of the Parisian gastronomic world and a well known address of world wide connoisseurs.
